Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and hire qualified candidates for marketing, sales, and creative positions.

  • Prepare job descriptions and post openings on job portals and social media.

  • Conduct onboarding for new marketing hires and ensure smooth integration into the team.

  • Arrange product and campaign training sessions.

  • Support the HR Manager in appraisals and feedback sessions.

  • Help implement incentive plans and recognition programs for marketing achievements.

  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

  • Handle salary slips, reimbursements, and HR-related paperwork.

  • Act as a bridge between management and the marketing team.

  • Communicate new updates, targets, and HR policies effectively.

  • Ensure marketing materials and promotions align with company policies.

  • Support compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and documentation.

  • Support branding and career promotion initiatives (e.g., job fairs, career days).

  • Help HR marketing efforts such as employee branding and recruitment posts
