Roles and Responsibilities
Develop creative visuals aligned with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
Design layouts, illustrations, and infographics that attract and engage children and parents.
Design promotional materials such as posters, flyers, banners, brochures, and social media creatives
Design covers, inner pages, and layouts for kids’ magazines, books, and activity kits.
Ensure print-ready designs with proper color correction, bleed, and resolution settings.
Maintain a consistent brand look across all materials — both online and offline.
Update and manage brand assets (logos, fonts, templates, and color palettes).
Collaborate with marketing, content writers, and product teams to understand project requirements.
Convert creative ideas into effective visuals for campaigns, packaging, and web design.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or CorelDRAW.
Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
