Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and hire qualified candidates for marketing, sales, and creative positions.
Prepare job descriptions and post openings on job portals and social media.
Conduct onboarding for new marketing hires and ensure smooth integration into the team.
Arrange product and campaign training sessions.
Support the HR Manager in appraisals and feedback sessions.
Help implement incentive plans and recognition programs for marketing achievements.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Handle salary slips, reimbursements, and HR-related paperwork.
Act as a bridge between management and the marketing team.
Communicate new updates, targets, and HR policies effectively.
Ensure marketing materials and promotions align with company policies.
Support compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and documentation.
Support branding and career promotion initiatives (e.g., job fairs, career days).
Help HR marketing efforts such as employee branding and recruitment posts
