Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handling consumer complaints and addressing issues that workers are not permitted to handle independently.

  • Dealing with schedule changes, employee calls, and other personnel issues.

  • Providing cover for absent personnel as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

  • Acting as a role model for all employees by consistently providing excellent service and paying close attention to detail on all jobs.
